1. UploadThis.co.uk, and me Tom Carlson [Twigathy], are not responsible for any data loss incurred directly or indirectly from your use of this website. Its not supposed to be a backup service, its a handy little site to transfer little files from one place to another.
2. Copyrighted material including, but not limited to, Unliscenced music including MP3's and other music formats, copyrighted movie files or any other copyrighted material such as software are not allowed. Inability to abide by this rule will result in immediate account termination and relevent authorities being contacted
3. You may not use UploadThis to upload a RARset or multiple parts of an archive to aid in illegal distribution of files, including but not limited to copyrighted material outlined in [2].
4. If you do find or are informed of any copyright'ed material on this server that shouldnt here please contact me and I will deal with it...
5. Pornographic material must not be stored on the UploadThis server. Clients may not upload such material or allow others to access it via these pages.
6. UploadThis reserves the right to keep a record of what you upload. Please note that this includes logging the IP of every upload. If you dont like this, then go elsewhere!
7. UploadThis is a service, not a right. Please remain friendly towards administrators and other users on the site.
8. Admins reserve the right to remove any material deemed inflamatory racially, sexually or offending to any groups of people. The administrations judgement on this is final. You can plead, but it probably wont get anywhere. Honest. Well, maybe.
